Cheddar Biscuits
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Biscuit Topping
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Buffalo Chicken 
2-3 Boneless Chicken breasts, cut in half
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt/ pepper
2 cups flour
2 beaten eggs
⅛ cup milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
½ cup of hot sauce
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Canola Oil for frying


For chicken
Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk to create a egg wash. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the flour mixture and coat evenly, then dip in the egg wash. Place the chicken back into the flour mixture again. In a medium-high skillet, fill with about ½ inch canola oil and add chicken. Fry until crispy and golden brown on both sides and cooked thoroughly. Remove chicken and place on baking sheet. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Set a small amount to the side. Place chicken in the hot sauce mixture and toss. 
For Biscuits

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper. In another bowl, whisk together milk and butter. Pour mixture over dry ingredients and stir using a rubber spatula just until moist. Next, gradually fold in cheese. Using a spoon, scoop the batter evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place into oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. For the topping, whisk together butter, parsley and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush the tops of the biscuits with the butter mixture one at a time. Cut the  biscuits in half and place the buffalo chicken in between. Drizzle remaining buffalo sauce over chicken and serve immediately.
